Shipping
When is my Order shipped? Plus

The standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a e-mail notification with shipping information.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

How long will take to get my order? Plus

To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment 2 - 7 business days with the estimated shipping time. We show an estimate for each product on its respective page, under the buy it now button. When buying multiple products, count on delivery for the longest product estimated times on your cart.

How can i track my order? Plus

When the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Where's my package? Plus

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Where do you ship? Plus

Right now we only ship to the European Economic Area. We have plans to sell worldwide soon!

HOLO accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:  

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact,
iDEAL, Multibanco and Union Pay

Return and Exchanges

In which cases am I entitled to return or refund? Plus

What information do I need to introduce for a refund or return? Plus

The custumer have to present us with the receipt or proof of purchase, the order number and in some cases a picture of the product in question.

How do i return an item? Plus

To start a return, you can contact us at (support@holo.com.pt). Contact us before returning any products.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How many days do i have to return and exchenge an item? Plus

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within maximum of 1 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you in this cases. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

How do i receive a refund? Plus

To start a refund, you can contact us at (support@holo.com.pt). If your refund is accepted will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. It will normally be refunded by the same method in which you made the payment.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued? Plus

Will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Products
What's your Quality Control Process? Plus

All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

How do i know if a product fit? Plus

Each product has in the description all the necessary measures.
